In 2022, CABFishMan will be releasing a series of short films highlighting the work underway to facilitate a holistic, collaborative approach to ecosystem sensitive management of small-scale fisheries. In the series, we hear directly from the partners working on the ground in small-scale fisheries across Spain, Ireland, France, Portugal, and the UK, to understand how their work will support the development of tools for future co-management in the region.
Kicking off the series, Richard Curtin from Bord Iascaigh Mhara talks about his work to support data collection and socio-economic assessments across Northeast Atlantic small-scale fisheries as part of CABFishMan’s focus on developing tools for ecosystem-driven fisheries management.
